Back on topic. I don't like this idea because, what other people just said, it doesn't fit with the other ranks. Also I don't understand:

• Report Players
  
• type with staff members

You already can chat with staffs if they are in lobby.

I don't think there is really a need for another rank, plus, "CubeMan" doesn't fit the other ranks, as MegaCool said above.
Also, everyone can report players right here on the forums, no matter what rank they have. If you were thinking on something like /report, it would be abused a lot for sure (spamming, false reports etc.)
And about the "staff chat", I think that it should be only for staff, because that's the point of it. People could just get the "CubeMan" rank and spam all the staff members.

I like the name Cubeman, but as said many times before. It doesnt really fit the ranksystem cube is using ATM. I dont like coal either because it sounds worse than stone... I do like redstone. But that should be for coders and so. I think that fits better. But what about quartz?

You can report players without a rank already, and the text with staff-thing would probably get really annoying for the staff team, so -1
