Your quest ideas are pretty good in my opinion, however I personally will change some of their names.
There are many ideas in my head about new quests but the development team must breathe to work well right?

These quests are amazing. You're a true genius for coming up with these. Like @xXIIIIIIXx said, I would suggest changing some names. I actually have a couple in mind that would be quite funny as CubeCraft focusses on puns and memes and such.

It's a way more fitting name as it's a fact. Water/snow and fire/lava are exact opposites. It would only make more sense.

I would also suggest changing some other names, but I just can't come up with any for them at the moment.

I'm not much of a skyblock player but, these are actually pretty good ideas for sidequests. I could see a lot of hours being put into them.
