No bow option in egg wars

So, after I've discovered the egg wars suggestions, I've realized, everyone hates campers. So, I thought of this. Cubecraft could possibly make some money off of high demand of no bows. Introducing The no bow mode. Basically, a player Gold+ Can vote for these options: No bows. Just like the title. Everything that can be used with a bow is not available in that game. Expensive bow mode. Everything that is bow related is 3 times the normal price than it normally is. Finally, Regular bows. Just the vote option to keep bows in the same way an ordinary game would have. What do you guys think?

Well, it'll definitely make it harder for them to camp. I mean, it's somewhat like making something illegal (Example Sun glasses) People may still get it from other places, but it'll be harder.. So, we should at least make it harder for them..

Bows play a large role within egg wars. Bows are really the only reason people don't just run to your island later within the games. Its your only ranged protection. The only reason people proceed with caution is because there is a chance someone will shoot you off. In Op this is solved with Pearls, in regular this is solved with manning up and rushing. There is really no need to remove it, and it would mostly likely always get voted, completely removing bows in many a game. Sorry. -1

What do you mean? That is an opinion and that is contributing towards the thread. P.S. It's best not to rebuke veteran members of the forums since they know a lot more than you do.

Campers are not really a problem only if they are extremely good with a bow do they become a problem. There are so many methods to combatting campers it is really easy to deal with them once you know how to. Bows are an extremely important part of eggwars and arguably eggwars is geared more around bow pvp than anything once everyone gets gear. Having no bows in hardcore would be ok but I personally still don't like the idea of removing bows

This honestly isn't necessary. It takes more time, yes. But just pillar up 50 blocks and safe bridge over.

Not bashing your gamemode, or your opinion, however, I want to know your opinion on a thread you posted on. Of course, you don't have to list your opinion, but as xx_360noscope101 listed, you seem to know rather a lot, so I wish to hear the opinion of a Veteran User.

I am giving my opinion, I like the idea but I'd want to see that mode added instead.

It will help maybe a little, but the campers will still camp. I think that bows are a important part of egg wars.

No man, this is a fundamental part of Eggwars, and it won't stop people from camping. Campers are campers, bow or not. I also don't think a lot of ordinary people will like this because some of them are only good with bow. Eggwars would shrink in popularity.

I never collect Diamonds, but I go directly to other islands and try to kill them.
They have no chance to collect diamonds and the game is over quickly :P
