Builds No Man's Sky - Zoefboy

Hey Guys!

This is the first time I apply for a map submission. I already made a thread with all the progressions I made. You can find it here. I suggest reading that page too for more information. The map is made for team Skywars. I don't know for how many players, I need a little help with that. I was thinking about 3 or 4 players for each island. This is also the reason why I didn't make the glass spawning rooms.

This map is based on the game 'No Man's Sky'. Unfortunately this game is not released yet but its all about discovering random generated planets. The ultimate goal is the reach the centre of the Universe. In my map the different planets you can discover are the starting islands. The centre of the Universe is the middle place. Mid looks boring at first because of its simple form. I did this by purpose because the other islands are very detailed so this creates some sort of contrast between mid and the other islands.

Some information about the islands.

Each island has:
- 6 Chests
- Enough building blocks to go to mid/other islands
- Enough Iron, Diamond and Coal ores to make tools
- Each island is unique and one of a kind

Mid has:
- 28 Chests
- 4 Floors
- Traps
- Iron, Gold and Diamond blocks
- Simple but old looking designs

The terraforming and organics need quite a bit of work, they don't look too natural and the blocks used are a bit spammed/messy.

Do you mean that my trees aren't natural looking? Because I don't have that much organics placed in the map. And the spammed blocks are like the parts underneath the islands? And with Terraforming do you mean more depth on the islands? Thanks for the feedback!

Ok, not meaning to crash your happy plane. But, I recommend you check out my post here : https://www.cubecraft.net/threads/the-5-minecraft-building-tips.98001/
Gives you sort of a basis to go off of and will help you make your islands a bit better. As for your trees and terra... Honestly It looks like you just used world edit spheres with spruce leaves and oak leaves. Same with the logs.

Lol you can't brush spheres to create trees with xD I made them by hand. And I get it I have to work on the terraforming.

I don't know if you're being sarcastic or thinking I'm stupid, but... I made this in about 3 seconds using world edit.

Of course I don't think you are stupid and I was a little sarcastic. I was thinking of a sphere brush with a tree in it which is not possible. I didn't use world edit like you but I did use it to get the six sided logs.
