I think it’s better to just remove the permanent mute. it can be very annoying, why not just do 1-month mutes everytime?

Well, if a person doesn't learn from a warning or their first 1-2 mutes, then to be fair, they do deserve that perm mute as they just wanna continue swearing, bullying etc. in chat
Besides, it wouldn't make sense to give someone who said a death threat to someone else a 1 month punishment instead of a perm mute. (Yes, i know the the punishment track for death threats xd)

You won’t be muted permanently for the first mute you get
If you get muted enough times for it to be perminant you obviously aren’t contributing anythign useful to the chat
You are just doing things against the rules

I mean, you have to get a warning and at least 2-5 mutes before the last one given is a permanent one.
I think the permanent one is well deserved, if you can't stop yourself, we'll stop you for you... permanently.
It also avoids a lot of moderation in the future too.

I personally suffered muted for 30 days, I was not warned, I did not take the first 7 days, it was very unfair, just because I spam the name of the moderator who was online in the lobby, what I did was wrong, and I never read the rules ...

I was already silent for 1 month, for spamming the moderator's name in the sky wars lobby, I think it was in 2015/16 that I do not remember.
