Ease down on the chat filter in the party chat. I’m not saying add “kys” or anything. Just allow L , wtf , noobish , shrekt (seriously, shrekt? Why even?) . Now allow links to imgur through party chat . Maybe the filter could check the URL?

Filters wont make ANYBODY stop being toxic. They will be if they want. Here’s another thing which could be ok :

RandomFFAGuy: Sylvaly u stupid noob kys u r ezzz lolol rekt

Now , normally this should be filtered out. In party chat however, is frustrating to not be able to say something. So replace the hurtful words for nice ones.

Lol, yes. I agree with Zombie power. Hypixel did something similar to this(try saying 'ez' in chat), but cubecraft could do that and better.

Smart, and maybe if someone in your party had a very similar name to something you want to say, it would be allowed. Some of my friends nicknames are blocked, so this would be helpful

I like the idea of replacing the words. I remember I played on this one server and every swear/ hurtful word was replaced with "apple" so it would be like "apple you" or "you are a apple" which is pretty funny xD
I dislike that they make party chat so filtered even though its not a public chat.

The changes that we made to the chat filter were an attempt to make the chat system on CubeCraft safer for all of our community and have had nothing to do with any partnership (contrary to what many topics from players will tell you :P ). We are looking a tweaking it a little bit in the coming days/weeks and will be continuing to improve it over time.

As I have said before I, along with others from the team, welcome and want your feedback. It must be mentioned though that just because we don't reply instantly or at all doesn't mean we haven't seen your posts. Also be aware that even if we like your ideas they might not always make it in to anything on CubeCraft. When we take ideas to a meeting or discussion we have to also balance them with what we think the other 70% of players want.

How is 1.14 a disservice to anyone? 1.8 will be left alone , undisturbed. Many people view 1.14 as something positive.

Thanks for that. Anyhoo , those 40 votes were from Cubes most vocal players , forumers. Of not their opinion , then whose? Most people on the server (from personal experience) and misinformed about minecraft 1.12 and 11; minecraft PVP in general due to the fact that Cubecrafts plugins have REALLY messed up 1.9 combat. I found a giy that called me out for “lying” that 1.14 had dolphins.

Oh and btwand you’ll be able to add cool stuff.

Remove the .2 at the end so players on 1.12 and 1.12.1 don't have to update.

They can use Protocolsupport so 1.12 and 1.12.1 players probably will have few issues. But honestly, how hard is it to update? I think it's set to use the latest version by default. Mods aren't supported by cubecraft anyways.
