Escalated Party chat suggestions

In general though, no we will not 'allow' swearing on any part of the network, party chat included, I may look into allowing some of the other language that we otherwise disallow though, I'm sure this list will be quite small though. A large numbers of the words will I'm sure be 'false positives' some of the filters in place I'm sure are a little too broad and flag some words that shouldn't be flagged and identifying these words is where I'm going to need player feedback.

I'm not suggesting to be able to swear tho

I never said I disagree with the idea of "You are not allowed to say x because y", neither did I say I disagree with unblocking some words, though removing the entire filter - like you suggested - is just an idiotic solution

True, all you said was that my opinion is idiotic and you did not contribute one thing to the thread. And you continue to do so.

Easing back on the chat filter is something that I've had on my radar for a while, I've been waiting for some internal tooling to be put in place to ease the pain of figuring out where changes need to be made before asking for suggestions on which words you think should be removed from the filter. I'll more than likely do this in its own thread though so please don't start suggesting words here.

Even though there is a filter people are still swearing. And you get punished for it (muted). So even without a chat filter Cubecraft can be against it and not allow it. But I understand why the filter stays.

I guess I will start saving some normal sentences (and names) you cannot type.

Needed spam. For example: when you're trapping with friends and have to say "Now" so your friend will activate the trap, sometimes you posted 2 messages before and can't say it. RIP trap.

tbh, the curse words filter is annoying me too much. You can’t even type some dutch words like “makkelijk” because it has two k’s... like honestly im tired of typing long sentences, only for it to be deleted afterwards because im “swearing”

It's stuff like this that I'll be asking for, as I said, quite a few filters are a little too broad in scope and pick up things that they shouldn't. This isn't intended behaviour and I'll be trying to get these things addressed once I have the tools to do so in place.
