people always spam, regardless of what game you are playing. There needs to be a /mute command, as people flood the chat and it's impossible to see >.<

There is a mute command. Warn them 2 times and if they disobey the 2nd report in forum. Also, you can do /report, but DO NOT DO IT DURING A GAME

and for those that are just annoying in general but aren't spamming?

We already dismissed this due to it being very hard to code due to the size of our network, report to forums or online staff and they will warn -> mute.
