Ping is really high

Dear cubecraft
I am from india. And I am suffering from high ping problem. And why my default server is note applicable (NA) in that server ping even gets worst plz make a Asian server so we can play peacefully in cubecraft

I have almost no problem is other servers i have ping problem in cubecraft only

So plz fix the ping problem before skyblock end update

And thank for making really good game on server

Anyways, asia region is there for cubecraft. But still helping.

I had that before too, but however due to good fps, i got the ping like 61 or 50.

So try to get more fps.

So far I know we have 3 server regions. Europe/Asia/America which is only for the lobbies. Since cube doesn't have the same amount of players like Hypixel they cannot divide their players into groups, like server region or which another thread suggested "A choice between 1.8 and the new form of combat". This will split up people and result in lobbies and games being sparsely filled with people. What will happen is that each game you play will fill up very slowly and mostly start with 5-10 players which takes over 1 minute to start. In the meantime people will leave because they don’t want to wait that long on others. Also think about some less played games like CTF, if you push through this idea you can better remove those game modes since you can’t get enough people anymore.

I understand your pain but there’s not much you can do about it besides the things that are suggested in the thread above and other things that make it go more smoothly for you.

I believe the Asian servers are located more near Japan. rather than India/Russia

If I am right it's located in Tokyo, so that means his internet has to go from India to tokyo from there all to the way to europe or america. So that indeed gives a really high Ms.

Did you say More FPS = Less ping?

More FPS is a thing of hardware, not ping. Overclocking my GPU does not overclock my wifi router. nor does it locate me closer to the servers.

Ping is the one thing you can't change because it's a wifi signal traveling across a defined distance to reach it's destination, then back to the router.

FPS has nothing to do with ping

No. because the servers are in Asia. he doesn't need to connect to the NA or EU branches of the network to play on Asia. He just connects directly to the closest server.

An NA player doesn't connect to a EU or AS server either.

And EU does not connect to NA or AS servers as well

That makes no sense at all.
I get up to 1,000 FPS on my PC and get 110 ping.

My xbox gets 20 FPS and I still get 110 ping
