Player esp mods/Legal modifications

so for the past few days, ive seen videos of people have this, similar thing to player esp, including a sprinting toggle. Now I know the sprinting toggle is so so, but would the player esp thing it what Im guessing is laby mod give an advantage?

Player esp, that's that you can see other players while you can't see them without player esp, right? If so, that's a hack and if I'm also right, the sprinting toggle thing isn't allowed.

I think the player esp that you are talking about is something you can do in minecraft to see hitboxes of entities, it's toggled by using f3+b.

A real player esp, where you can see players through walls is not allowed. And sprint isn't either.
