Point of reporting players?

Why do we report players? To get a server without hackers, what does cubecraft? Send an appeal and get an unban. What is the whole point of reporting players if you can get an unban so easy. Today I saw a hacker, who has been banned before for using hacks, he got unbanned and just keep on hacking!!

Please don't unban players that easy if there is proof that they used hacks!!

Yes, I saw a hacker 2 days ago who I reported twice (he got banned those 2 times), his name: Unregretful

And well... Cubecraft doesn't unban people who were clearly hacking, only they do when they see players who weren't recorded well without enough proofs to be still banned.

First ban: 1 month
Second ban: Permanent

Nope, you can't only say you weren"t hacking. You also have to show proofs and reasons why other people called you hacker

Well, I don't have any proof myself, but a friend of mine does have proof, he recorded a hacker, and now he is unbanned.

Unbanning people has always a secret meaning you'll never know. Let's say you're banned for some hacks but you were also recording that game and you can proof you weren't hacking 9,99/10 times you get unban. There are many other reasons people get unban or unmute, but we are not the right persons to complain about who deserves to get unbanned and who doesn't deserve it. It's always staff their choice to unban or ban someone and that's the reason they were selected for the staff role, they are not dumb, they have a lot of experience. The thing I just want to mention is, you can't complain about peoples their ban because you never know what happend or what's going to happen.

Lol there aren't really much players where their appeal has been accepted, especially not with speedhackers with killaura, bhoppers etc. That this happened once or twice doesn't say anything.

There are some information that can only be accessed by staff members.
It is possible that the hacker who was banned had his account compromised.

I do understand that we may or may not be lenient with our decisions (every staff deals with it differently) and we respond to appeals as soon as we can.
It may seem like a bad thing to get unbanned quickly but there's a good side to it as well. They can not use the same excuse or make up a new one because they already know they won't be getting another chance. Especially if it's their 3rd appeal. (they can pack their bag and find somewhere else) 2nd appeal depends on their first appeals, what they say and how they respond to it. I would say the chances aren't as low but still low.

I had a player come up to me saying someone got unbanned like 1 hour after he got banned and appealed - they see it as something negative and I see it as something good.

Good(s) :
- They may really have been sorry and don't want to risk not being able to play again so they won't break the rules anymore.
- If they do break the rules again, they dug their own grave so it's byebye.
- Pretty sure there are more but I'm just going to leave it as two for now unless you guys wanna discuss more.

BTW hackers aren't stupid anymore they use alt acc it's easy to get/create them. Most of them will come back easy but the acc they used to hack on has been stolen from an other player who get banned while he didn't do something wrong. The ONLY risk is it could happen again. + People deserve another change if they just do it again they need to get perm banned (my opinion).

Well it's clear not but (perhaps) they can ban software from big alt generators/grappers. That's probaly the hardest parts people can come back on other mans acc they get banned and they just create an other acc to keep ''having fun'' on the server.

I'm sorry, most hackers do it to troll. I doubt most of them care.
