Points gone?

ok so i had like 15000 points and one day they just dissapeared. any help?

Crash could've reset them, that's what happened to me, if lost about 13,000 points, my kills, killstreak record, etc.

yeah death dragon, there was a point glitch giving people a lot o points for no reason. they fixed it
