Cubecraft is known for having a variety of fun minigames to play in your spare time, but there isn't much to aim towards besides achievements. I feel as though there should be more long-term, grinding gamemodes added, as they keep people playing for months to come, and there's always a variety of things to do on them.
Prisons server:
A prisons server is a very grindy, time-consuming gamemode that involves a lot of mining, PvP, building as well as PvE. Upon starting, you will receive a kit (more kits can be obtained later on) that consists of a pickaxe, a sword, some armour, an axe, a hoe and a shovel. Your goal is to gather wood, sand, dirt and stone to sell in a shop for a separate currency that can be used to buy kits, items from other players, items from shops and most importantly, purchasing rank ups so unlock new plots to gather resources from, allowing you to earn money even faster. Once you have enough blocks, money and items you can create a single plot where you can build, store items in chests and create player-made shops to earn you money whilst offline.
The aim of prisons is to achieve the highest rank and to acquire as much wealth as possible. Once achieved, you can either work on making your plot fancy or you could warp to the PvP area and test your skills against other prison inmates.
Auctions:
It wouldn't be a prison server without the ability to auction items that you do not need for money, or to purchase an upgraded tool that could help you in the long run. The commands are as follows;

/auction (number) (price) (bid increase) (duration)
To prevent spam or over-use of the auction system, a rank requirement of P or so should be implemented before being able to use the auction system. This will only regard auctioning your own items, and there will be no rank restrictions when bidding on items.
Warps:
/p home -Takes you to your plot
/warp A-Z - Warps you to a plot where you can gather resources
/shop - Warps you to a shop where you can sell all obtainable items
/PvP- Warps you to a PvP zone where you can purchase potions and fight other players
/PvE - Warps you to a dangerous area filled with mobs, so you can gather mob loot.
Tools:
Since prisons often features entire plots that consist of ores towards the higher ranks, it's only common that pickaxes with absurd enchantments such as Efficiency XX, Unbreaking XXIII, Fortune XVI are distributed so that it doesn't take you 38 hours to reach a new level. These enchantments are just an example, but often times you'll find a variety of different tools with all kinds of powerful enchantments to cater to the higher ranked players so that they don't have to use an efficiency II fortune I stone pickaxe to mine through a field of obsidian and emerald blocks. Since cubecraft is the only server I know to actually follow the EULA, donator kits that distribute these powerful tools will not exist. Therefore, the best course of action would be either through a complicated voting system that rewards items to consistent voters randomly (I.E. 1/10 chance of receiving a fortune V book, 1/100 chance of receiving a fortune X book etc. ) or through staff shops that sell a large variety of tools for extreme amounts of money, and for a limited time only.
