Cubecraft is a large server with a lot of people on it but there are also hackers and people who scold or spam that deserve a warning or a ban but I think the bans and mutes can be heavier.

Hacking: 30 days IP Ban - Because people can shop on alts and on a daily basis

Scold: Mute of 2 days

Teaming: 1 day and 5 hours ban

Other punishments are OK

I hope you have this

There are lots of countries where whole neighbourhoods use the same IP, so you will ban innocent players.
Scold: Mute of 2 days
They will first receive a warning.
Teaming: 1 day and 5 hours ban
It's not like teamers will notice their ban if you add 5 hours.

I like the rules, just leave them as they are. Typed some other reasons in the thread^

What about brothers/sisters playing? I think a normal ban is fair enough

Teaming: 1 day and 5 hours ban
Why the 5 hours? I think it's fine by how it is now

Other punishments are OK
As they are ok, I don't agree how the message looks when you get (false) banned:
Sentinel has caught you hacking!
appeal at: (appeal site)
For what tho? How am I going to appeal on this? (What did I do wrong? > I had this, I was bridging and got banned for no reason, but my appeal got denied, got accepted by CrazymanJR tho)

Hacking: 30 days IP Ban - Because people can shop on alts and on a daily basis
First of all, circumventing IP bans is just as easy as getting free alt accounts. Besides that, IP bans do not solely affect the player who is breaking rules-- it will always affect siblings, and sometimes an entire neighbourhood depending on what provider is being used.

As for the punishment itself, for cheating, the first ban is one month, and the second one is permanent. An exception to that is when you are being banned by Sentinel; the first punishment Sentinel issues is one week.
Scold: Mute of 2 days
For swearing or other inappropriate language of any kind, we permanently warn the offender first, then mute for three days, one week, one month, and ultimately apply a permanent mute. I am positive that our system is more efficient than the system you are suggesting.
Teaming: 1 day and 5 hours ban
Currently, the first ban lasts one day; it can be seen as a warning rather than a punishment due to its short duration. If the player continues to violate our rules, he will be banned for one week, one month, and after the fourth infraction, the player will be banned permanently.

Tl;dr the current system is either very similar or harsher than the punishments you are suggesting. The punishments have been recently overhauled, and it appears to be a lot better for all players: the good and the bad.

Teaming needs to be 7 days or else nobody will care about getting banned for teaming. Mute is fine too. Cubecraft never IP-bans because people who use the same IP will get the same punishment for doing nothing.

No. Like what @RemiO05 said, players could be false banned when they share an ip. Not only that but ip bans are harsh. Sure players can go on an alt, but cubecraft staff can just ban them or sentinel can use them as a “punching bag”.
