Umm

I am pretty sure strength 2 along with sharpness 5 is going to do some damage against that protection 1 armour take away the fire and it still isn't impossible to kill anybody unlike no debuff seriously that kit never ends
Hmm might have missed the strength and sharpness, I only saw the wooden sword. Not that bad then, but I still don't like the fire.

Yeah because constantly having the wither effect makes a kit really long
Something tells me that the point of them isn't to do that
I always thought the whole point of having an inventory full of soups was that you can regenerate instantly all the time. In my opinion there are some pretty bad soup kits already. The horse would die with a few hits, leaving the player with an inventory full of soups and no horse. Maybe it would be better if the horse was invincible or the player had a stack of hay blocks to instantly heal the horse.

yeah that is the whole point of a soup duel
not necessarily to be long though
The horse would die with a few hits, leaving the player with an inventory full of soups and no horse.
that is why there is horse armour in it
Maybe it would be better if the horse was invincible or the player had a stack of hay blocks to instantly heal the horse.

Honestly, I like all your ideas about some new kits. They're interesting but also quite different which can amplify your PvP skill. I especially like number four: Normal Duel - Axe Warrior.
Great suggestion! I hope some of them will be implemented. :)

Sounds fun, I'd definitely play it!

Scarecrow:
Hmm. Might be a bit annoying with the pumpkin but would still be a unique kit!

Hardcore egg wars:
I really love this, would definitely play it

Axe warrior:
Yes please. I love axe pvp!

Underdog:
Sounds pretty fun, and I like the sharpness 5 on the sword.

Fire:
I am nether gonna stop playing with this kit! Get it? No? K I'll go now...

Double health:
I quite like this, as long as there is no triple health kit....

Stew:
Yes! I love e idea of having different soups to try out!

Horses:
Hmm, maybe diamond horse armour to help the horse survive for longer?

2 shot:
Heh. Sounds pretty fun

Trader:
Sounds like a nice concept, but I wouldn't really play it, sorry.

Weapons:
Maybe have a non enchanted iron sword In there too?

Hmm. I'm not sure about this one, nice idea though

Nice concept, I would definitely play it

Yes! This is really good, I would play this loads! :)

see this is the main complaint about that kit
and I completely get that so for all the people who said that
here's why there is no form of sword or axe even if it weren't enchanted
there are quite a few weapons with some higher attack damages Such as the pickaxes but the thing about them is that they have a fairly slow attack speed
there are also faster attack speeds on items that don't do as much damage
however though yes the axe would have a slower attack speed the damage it would pose makes up for the small bit of lost time in its attack speed so you would kill the other player really fast and it wouldn't balance the kit
swords also have a faster attack speed and are going to do quite a bit of damage to the other player making it more unbalanced as well

Those 2 items would be the most OP items in the kit by far and nobody would use any of the actual current weapons (Not to mention that if they just hit the other player with a sword or axe it would be more of a normal kit not an insane kit)

Dan this wasn't just directed toward you there were a few other people with the same thought <3

Okay So Recently I have made NUMEROUS PvP suggestions But There is some part I haven't touched on yet The themed Duels So I think it is about time I did. This thread will work a bit differently from the others since it requires A lot of pictures I thought I'd give it to you all in the straightest way possible so at the beginning I will post a bunch of names for kits and what type they are at the bottom it will show and explain them all

Okay so firstly you might be thinking they already have a random option for challenging players but what I am talking about is a kit which can only be found in the menu for challenging players. Now the thing about the random kit is that you won't always give you the same items every time you play the kit. Now you may be thinking how this could work as a kit. The reason it could work as a kit is that it has a base model.
It has to have at least 1 piece of armour which is randomly chosen (it can have more pieces and enchantments are random as well)
It has to have 16 food items (they are all the same and you can't have more or less than 16 food items)
It has to have at least 1 Random Items with at least 2 enchantments on it
Finally it has to have at least 1 random potion effect
Now I also have 1 thing to add for FFA since I brought it up in the Kits

New Soups - okay so in my Stew kit there are other types of soup/stew which gave 2 other effects now I think you should be able to find these at a rare chance when doing /resoup (this would also make more use of the /resoup cooldown suggestion I have made)

Tell me what you think of the suggestion

I love all of these except the villiger one
