We are unable to reveal the questions you get asked during the interview. If the interviewer has trouble understanding you during the interview, you will likely be asked to repeat yourself again until it is clear what you said.
The recruitment team also takes into account that people are nervous for the interview and that not everyone speaks English as their 1st or 2nd language. The only requirement they have regarding speech is that it must be fluent (e.g making full sentences).
