Due to the Failure of a good payment method I cannot buy a rank on the server ive been trying for about a week now and nothing works ive done everything don't just Reply saying Contact CubecraftStore or something cause I waited 3 days for them to tell me to contact payment wall and all payment wall does is give you a message saying its not our fault now This ----- cause I would love to have a rank and give you money to my favorite server but I cant now so I will use the money on the Card I bought and when I have more money I will buy another 100$ card Different kind visa or something if that doesn't work then I will not be donating until some other way of donating is implemented. cause seems like most people cant donate been seeing a lot of people posting about not being able too.

Did you write your IN GAME NAME correctly? Sometimes that is the problem.

And id love to spend another 3 days waiting for Cubecraft to tell me that its not there fault its PaymentWalls but if its Payment walls fault why use them? and it doesn't give me an id or anything just says "Your Transaction Wasn't Completed So a big NOPE you aint gonna get this rank

I understand the frustration but if you have contacted both CubeCraft and Payment Wall and they say that everything seems fine then I'm not sure what else to do.
What is the exact message that you get when you try to purchase a rank? Could I have a screenshot of it?

What's the exact message it appears? Any evidence? What did PaymentWall support said?

I understand how annoying this must be, as you'd like to buy the rank. Are you sure you are entering all your details correctly, and the card you are using is working properly? I know it can be tedious to check these things, but sometimes you can make mistakes and not realise it. If you still cannot buy the rank, I would reccommend contacting Paymentwall Support and if they are no help, provide their response to us (omitting any personal information, of course).

Well I know the card works cause I bought a gold vape, so I wont be buying a rank until either I get a Different Card like a visa not a mastercard or Cubecraft finds a way to fix or do something about people not being able to donate
