this is a good suggestion it would make people read the rules however for the first one people wouldnt have to press the link to type in agree they could just join and type agree in the chat without clicking the link

Its a good suggestion, but a lot of people randomly join the server to play some quick games and have fun, people will just skip these and not care :P
