Considering how we have multiple developers, I think they're fixing statistics while updating certain games.

Staff have many problems to take care of. There aren't enough to be able to fix everything quickly. Just wait and be patient

Since the server has multiple developers for multiple projects, I think it's safe to say that while they're working on updates, the other developers are also tracking down what causes the stats to break & fixing it as soon as possible. After all, with this system, multiple developers can work on different projects and get things done quicker according to a planning.
The same developer that makes updates is not automatically responsible for fixing the broken stats.
The same developer that fixes the broken stats is not automatically responsible for making updates.

This was actually fixed, since wins are now actually being counted to the total (well, before stats weren't broken right now). Right now, you just have the remainder of what the bug had caused, being the win to kill gap. It's not going to increase in difference though.

Staff do care about the community. The moderators have no control over this. Each developer is meant to do their own specific job. Im fairly certain the only dev who is meant to be working on stats is Vauxite. Itts not easy when you are a single person trying to fix a very complicated problem affecting tens of thousands of people. You all need to be a little bit more respectful. They are trying as hard as they can

All in 1 week

That would have been a much longer process and they would have probably already finished the update when this bug occurred but still hadn’t to test it some more

So to say they don’t care about fixing the stats glitch and we’re only making the maps is really dumb

I completely agree that to the large majority of players it looks like nothing is being done to fix the statistics. Some people won't even know it is a bug, and rather think they're doing something wrong or missing something out so that their stats won't change as expected. Sure, management made a couple of Discord announcements 11 days ago, and posted the incident on their status page (but then said it was resolved), but 90% of players aren't going to look at those; they just want to play game and see their stats working.

Cubecraft needs to work on its communication to the network as a whole when it concerns so many players, and for such a great length of time. Simply adding a sign or hologram by the statistics boards telling players that they may be inaccurate until the problem is fixed would be enough to reassure the players that all their hours of effort in game hasn't just been disregarded forever.
