Calm down. Yelling at me (and propably other staff members) in private conversations or posting threads about your mute won´t help you at all.
You´ve spammed which is why you deserve your mute. It is for 5 months because you have been muted before if I am right.
Your chance would have been to talk to SevereWarning, politely and calm. You´ve missed that chance by now.

As soon as you purchase a rank it is yours but it also can´t be given back. You won´t get your money back no matter what happens in the following 5 months.
