Java Rebalancing Teams

So today I was playing blockwars and not only during the building session did people leave, but they destroyed the protection and then left. What I'm suggesting is a simple change that when teams get very unbalanced, this is be defined many ways in the 8v8. I'd say that when it becomes a 5v8 that you make it a 6v7 etc. I think this would make the games a lot fairer and make the losing team feel like they have a shot. I attached a screenshot from my game today too where there ended up with only 3 of us.

That would be unfair for the player who suddenly changed from team. I don't think this is a good idea. And you can report players that are trolling at reports.cubecraft.net If you do that, they get warned or banned, and you can play with serious players.

I think the problem is with how much people leave games now. People leave way more than they used to and that's simply because of the reason that you gain nothing by staying in the game.A loss gives you no exp or points so its a better use of your time to just go into a new game if you are losing. You should still get end of the game rewards even if you lose or tie because without it there's no reason to stay right now. I've suggested it before but if people do it again it can only help. An alternative could be to punish players for leaving chronically somehow but I don't think that would help.

Because this problem is getting worse, players like me are having a much harder time playing solo or even getting those end of the game clutches because you have 3 players left on your team. It only encourages more self reliant parties which then makes a positive feedback loop of parties dominating games and making people leave more. Something really should be done about this.

I think you have a fair point, you should get rewards even if your lose. I hope they are going to add this in the future!

I dont think they should add this because when you are playing and you are winning, it is very annoying to be put in a different team mid game.

mabye if people will be asked to be switched to make it more fair?
