All Networks Remove "Return to Lobby" button during the 10 seconds countdown before start of team games like CTF, Eggwars or so

So in team games, there's a rare chance that some player can join your game during the countdown. And I have observed many have left the game during that time. It's soo difficult to win even with the lack of a single player in our team. It's an unfair advantage to the opponent.

I remember a match of CTF where all my teammates exited one by one and it was a 5v1 match for me. I recorded my worst stats ever, of 0 kills and 20 deaths.

Please remove the button during the countdown.

If anyone wants to disagree saying it should be present, then don't join the game at all if you are so interested to ditch your teammates just because you didn't get your favourite map or so.

Sorry I 100% disagree. It happens to be an incredibly effective strategy to play with some teamates in a party instead of crapping on others for leaving a game. Also in eggwars getting people to leave within the last 10 seconds to to false voting hardcore happens to be very effective. Especially do not tell people to not play at all because YOU don’t want people leaving your game.

as much as that would be great, i hate it when people join to then leave in team games
its annoying and not needed
but either way people can use /hub
so it would be a waste of time implementing this
but maybe something else could be done to work around this issue
like stopping the counter and waiting for a player to join
