so on eggwars or skywars or games like that, higher ranks can vote for what type of gamemode they want. i think this is unfair to the normal ranks. you should remove it or at least make voting for everyone.

I'm sorry, but this will not happen. Voting is the main reason that the server get's donations and without donations, Cubecraft wouldn't be able to run.
If you would like to vote, you could always get a rank from http://store.cubecraft.net :)

Plus, the server is EULA complient, and the EULA limits us to what we can / can't give to donators. Voting for gamemodes is a rank perk which is not against the EULA.

That's why it's called a rank. It's normal that if you pay for a rank, you get more advantages than other people. Like @Nikoshka said, if you prefer a specific gamemode, buy a rank. They are not that expensive and they are so cool. If you now remove to feature 'voting', people with Gold (In case of eggwars) - Obsidian would feel scammed because they bought a rank for something that gets removed. And removing the 'voting' feature is still something else than removing a specific hat or gadget.

I dont really like the Eula but there is one thing to say about the eula. It changes so rapidly no one knows whats really allowed or not.

Think about the quantity of money that is necessary to create and maintain a server of this magnitude...

There are players who donate to the server because they spend a lot of hours playing here, they love the server and want to keep it running. But there aren't enough players who donate for this reason. That's why they sell ranks with perks, to cheer up the players to buy a rank. If the ranks don't have perks, nor half of the players would have bought the rank.

In conclusion, they can't remove the benefits of the ranks.

This would give ample time for current servers to change perks, and for new server to abide by those changes.

The problem is they either need to drop the eula entierly or buckle down and actually enforce the darn thing ive said before ill say it again the faq stating it affects servers equally is bullcrap

No, they will not remove voting. Voting is one of the main reasons people donate to the server, and without those donations the server wouldn't be able to run. Also, players would feel scammed if they donated to get something and then everyone got that options. It would put a bad reputation on the server and we don't want that here. Other suggestions were made about letting people test out a rank for points for like a week, but I'm not sure how that turned out.
