I personally understand the vote locks, helps people have a kit when it comes down to everything. Doesn't mean I don't like it though, but it's kinda needed.

For the lava, people have used it as their fighting method, not even trying to hit, just setting you on fire and running to let you die in lava. I'd personally be fine if the lava was in a select few kits but not in chests, and especially since the water to lava ratio is quite low. Also the fact that people trap you in islands with lava. Covering the entire island with lava so you're stuck and your only option is to die if you don't have a good amount of water buckets. Another thing, people who are low, and yes this means cleaning, will set you on fire when they know they aren't going to win simply to have you die either way.

That's an strategy. If you can't stand it it's not our problem. If someone runs and they let you die in lava it's because they're low and they want you to get as lower as them to fight. And if you're having a lot of problems with lava you can just get the kit of water and wollah, guess what, you have water.

So what if the people who is low wants to make you lose by lava? That's what we call karma. You clean? You get burned to death. That's it.

Vote lock would be a nice QOL change for ranked players, and there's no reason for it to exist now no voting option affects what kits can and can't be used.

Lava makes another strategy and should stay.

I know all of you tryharders will disagree, but lava is seriously NOT a part of PvP, it's just for people that want to avoid combat at all costs. There are barely any games where people don't use lava to kill others or them selves .-.

Also as FluffyRoses said, the lava to water ratio is nearly non existent (quite low), like there's way more lava than water, this should either be fixed or lava should be removed for chests and moved into a few kits.

Also about "lava makes strategy", this is completely false.
Or do you call setting someone on fire and letting them suffer from hell without the enemy hitting you at all, strategy? No? Thought so. It's just for those really bad players that will do anything to avoid combat (kinda like campers but worse.)

Ok so I am a tryharder for wanting to keep lava? :thinking:
Like it or not, it's a part of PvP and a part of Skywars. And it's not that we want to avoid combat. But if I'm at 2 hearts, what am I supposed to do? Run away? That won't damage him nor would it heal me because I'm probably too low on food and I don't have time to eat because some dude behind me wants to stab me to death.
So I have absolutely no chance of winning without lava. Absolutely zero. Because I am way too low. If I do have lava, I throw it down, hoping the person I am burning to deah doesn't have any water. So I can actually win. We're not trying to 'avoid combat at all cost' we're trying to win.

I agree that there has to be more water. I am totally on-board with that plan. Removing lava? Hell no.

Yes. Yes I do call it a strategy. It's a strategy to kill the person. It's a strategy to win.

That's not completely true. Lava is for all those not as good as the tryharders who took over Skywars that actually want to win.
And again, it's not trying to avoid combat we're trying to win.
