I get people replying saying "I think you should read the Guidelines." and I'm like what's the problem with my report... :/I totally agree with this, only staff members and creators of the thread should be able to reply to the thread.

Nice idea, but, what if you are the guy getting reported, maybe false ban, woulden't dou like to type something there?
