All Networks Report Button Missing a Rule

Hello! This time I’m here with a VERY small suggestion.

I noticed whilst trying to report a duplicate thread, that you can’t actually report Forum members’ messages for rule 2.19. It’s simply missing. My suggestion is to add it, simple as that.

I don't think this is the right place to report bugs. I think you could actually get a faster response in the bug forum.

It’s not a bug though, I’m pretty sure. I’m guessing they just kinda forgot to update it or dd it whilst updating it. :)
