Report closed?

Hello everyone,

I was playing some FFA, and I saw this player. His name was ''rubik_cube__man''. I made a screenshot of the name and reported him for impersonation..
A few days later I saw it was closed...
I clicked on the report and saw this.

''We don't allow minimaps''

............ what.. the...
So, the staff member who closed my report saw a minimap?

But it doesn't matter which one. I'm not using a minimap in both of them.

So unless there is some really smart, good explanation and I'm just dumb..
But I haven't changed anything on my minecraft since the person I reported before this. So..?

Well, I think that the best thing to do is asking @Tacosbefriends or @rubik_cube_man himself. :p

Impersonation
Impersonation is defined as any attempt to trick other players into believing you are a member of staff or a YouTuber. Impersonation is strictly prohibited.

From my understanding you are allowed to use names and skins similar to existing players, but you can't say or imply that you are a staff member or youtuber. So if he says "I am the owner" that would be punisheable, but using a name similar to a staff member would not.

I asked a moderator if the name "rubic_cube_man" is allowed on the server and apparently it is.

The only reasonable explanation would be that the staff member had accidentally given a default response instead of the normal ones which either go "Nope. Not enough proof. Keep reporting!" or "Success! Your report was accepted, the players will be punished accordingly"

BTW, Moderators handle over 100 reports a day.
They can't say to everyone what went wrong.

You can't, that's a different player (rubik_cube__man vs. rubik__cube_man). There are just a lot of combination puzzle fans out there.

I agree with remi i think this is strange, It should have been handled, maybe the staff member got mixed up or something?
