All Networks /Report For ALL USERS (Minecraft)

Well, here we go... My suggestion is that Normal users (Iron Range - Obsidian Range) have the right to /report.
The First thing that i'm saying this is cuz people who dosent have the rank "PLUS" or "YOUTUBER".
We see Hackers in all servers... in CubeCraft Too! All servers have hackers, and so, all servers have "/Report" no? Like No premium, and no only No Premium, Hypixel too!, and so.. Why CubeCraft no? its unfair in my opinion.

We know that we have the Report Website (https://reports.cubecraft.net/report) but, no so many people use it.. because many cant record the game, dosent know how to record the game.. and what is the ventage to use the "Report Website" ??
I dont see nothing... only to postulate to "Helper" but only for that, and so and the other people?
If u dosent agree... Lets see, we can keep Report Website and add the right for "/Report" to normal users Or remove the Report side and add the right for normal users to use "/report". In my opinion, i decide to keep the Report Website cuz there are people who are swearing,People who are teaming,and People who takes adventages of the bugs... and so i decide better for Keep the Report Website and add the right to use /Report :), i dont know yours opinions but i wanna know.

Well there are some problems with your suggestion. First of all is the staff team understaffed. This makes it that they can’t look at every report. People will also abuse the command because they are triggered of dying to someone. So every time this happens staff have to check the player and have to realise it was a fake report. Plus the /report on Hypixel is different than on Cubecraft.

Obviously, if you will implement this, you would have to add more staff members, maybe 5 helpers a week for the Network to be safe, because there are very few staff members, unlike hypixel there has to be more 300 staff members (Of course, Hypixel has more people) But that's the same, a secure network, needs staff members in the lobbies, which almost never are (especially in 1.8, which is where more hackers are).

No, i would rather keep it the way it is because they would either spam or abuse and Staff dont want that.
Like like Basketman13 said “Understaffed” and people might get angry because there report might not be looked at in time.

This topic has been suggested plenty of times and my opinion is still the same: /report just gives so much value to plus, making so they can report hackers at insta speed and enjoy the game more. It's not like you can't report hackers l and get them banned without plus, but it'll just take more time for you to do it, and that certainly gives plus a very big incentive for people who're doubting on buying it.
So no, definately think that it should remain as a exclusive perk for plus rank.

I understand this, but there should be a cooldown for every report you make, not just a cooldown on a specific player.

First of all, you can’t report a player twice. Second if you add a cool down for like 5 minutes for every report, what about teamers?
You have to report them separate, so you can only do report 1 player and have to wait then 5 minutes to report the next one.
Last thing, even with a cool down will the amount of reports be too high for staff to handle with.

Perhaps not for everyone but for trusted users, for example if you have done 10 reports and you have a rate of being 75% correct on most presumptions then you are given the privilege to /report.

se que es una buena propuesta pero algunos jugadores lo abusarian demasiado, tipo reportar a alguien que no tiene hacks puede pasar y si se que la mayoria sabe identificar a los hackers pero yo pienso como orita esta esta bien ya que nose si ahi muchos reportes y no ahi tantos staff conectados solamente es darle mas trabajo a 1 staff o a varios nose, pero muy buena propuesta :D
