Reporting rulebreakers

Hello everyone :)

I found a few screenshots about a person who said '[censored] you, [censored] hacker'
I would love to report him, but the screenshots are from 4 months ago...

So my question is:
How long are screenshots viable to report a rulebreaker?

So if you have ss older than 2weeks then your report will get denied
