I was trying to report a player by using a cropped screenshot but was told i cannot. When i try to use the full size screen shot it says the file is too large. Is there anything that i can do?

It's probably a little bug and I had this too. What I did is just refreshing the page since a screenshot can't be too large.

When reporting a player, all 4 corners of the screen must be shown, this is why you shouldn't use cropped images.

A cropped image will have a smaller file size than the full size image, I'm curious on what file extension your image is using, as this could be the issue.

From my understanding, different file extensions may increase or decrease your file size, this is because they use a different type of compression (lossy or lossless). You may want to try using JPEG, or PNG.

It may not be anything to do with your image, and instead just a small bug. In that case, just try refreshing :)

If you need any help with file extensions, then send me a PM!

Just try to press f2 while in game to take a screenshot. After that, when they ask you to select a file, just move that screenshot from %appdata& to whatever file you want
