He's wrong tho, Rovzy isn't toxic at all, she never even attack people (she's Swedish so I know her), Nextie is not that active anymore and just target if you annoy him and Shinely is nice when you get to know her and don't really care if you just attack her once.

Most of those people you mention just attack if you target them or annoy them which your cousin always do for some reason, he even annoy me a lot.
