This is a really good idea. Notifying players via Discord about every rule update can help avoid a lot of misunderstandings. Not everyone follows the forums or updates, and sometimes players may not notice important changes, which leads to accidental violations. Posting messages about such updates with a link to the current rules and a ping in Discord is a simple and effective way to keep everyone updated.
