You don't. What you do is record them hacking and go play another game with those teammates. You could also use discord/teamspeak/skype and just tell them if you have an actual team that works together.
Sometimes you play with randoms and still want to tell them that someone is hacking to increase your chances of killing him. Reports don't work like that, they get answered days after you file them, not while still in the game. I'm not going to give up every game that has a hacker in it, which happens more often than not on some days.

I also find hackusators annoying, so my idea is this:
Whenever you write hacks (or a misspelling of it) you get shown a huge colorful message telling you how to report. That will hopefully be annoying enough to reduce the amount of hackusating but still leave the possibility to talk with your teammates.

Lmao no.

Its just annoying when it's a 1v1. Like, look here.

Pretty bad. Here, I'll compromise. In 1v1 matches it prevents you from saying it. In a group match, it gives you a tip that says that you can report them. Ezpz! Everyone wins.
It's not like you're any less annoying in that chat.

Not only do you want to make it harder for people to communicate and tell others that there's a hacker in the game, people will always find a way to bypass it anyway. Examples: H@x H@cks h4x ha>< etc. Filtering it out is useless. If someone wants to say it, they will find a way to bypass it, and the more words you block, the harder it becomes to talk normally in chat.

Cubecraft had this word filtered out before, but for reasons explained above it's now allowed. I don't think it will be blocked again.

Anyway, read this. As you may conclude, I hate word censoring, so no thanks.

*sigh* I said that in the same post...

Censoring is not the solution. I don't think there's any problem with the word "hack".
It isn't the word that I want to fix. It's the community I want to fix. Instead of them spewing hack at every time they lose or whatever they may be saying it for, I want cubeecraft to inform them that there is a way to report hackers.

Sorry if I didn't get that point across earlier.

Really bro? If anything they should block "ez", since it's just trashtalking and to get a reaction out of it. Saying "Good luck, you'll need it" won't help either. How hypocrite. PS: hackusations are compliments. Take them.

Thanks for the valuable insight and constructive discussion going on in this thread. Its forums like you that make my experience here that more enjoyable.
It's the community I want to fix.
Then please start with fixing yourself.

I mean I guess there complements. It's just that if they actually know how to deal with so called "hackers" they could not worry about calling people out on it.

Sure ez is "trashtalking" but "ez" and "hacks" are both on the same level of indecency.

Okay guys lets not get off topic here. The suggestion is to add a TIP that lets you know how to report hacks. The way I talk has nothing to do with my suggestion but keep at it. I'm sure you all feel nice on your high horses :)

Trashtalking ≠ being saly. Trashtalking is provoking, being salty is not. If anything, in my opinion, trashtalking is on a lower level.

If anything they should add /report and when one runs that command it tells them to do /registerreports along with a link with the report guidelines.

This is actually a good idea too. Makes you wonder why there are only three commands when you type /help and a link to their store.

Hmmmmmmm.

You know, I actually made a suggestion a long time ago to REMOVE it from the blacklist due to it being annoying.
https://www.cubecraft.net/threads/remove-the-word-hacks-from-the-chat-filter.159723/
I see no problem with hackusating kids, let them rage and don't add it to a blacklist just to stop them and make conversations annoying.
Well the thing is, if they want to call someone a hacker, they should be able to know how to actually report someone for being a hacker. Hence the whole point of this post L)
