Secrets Ch2 How to get it?

So I’m aware that a ch2 has been found and think u get it for completing a quest Called “high gardens” but I don’t know how to unlock that quest or the book any help with this would be greatly appreciated

The high garden quest required you to,
Produce Rose bush: 100
Produce Peony: 100
Produce Lilac: 100
Produce sunflower:100
So you can only finish this quest after you’ve unlocked all of the above plants. You unlock the plants from completing sidequests from the swamp island.

Also, you can “produce” the flowers from buying 1 in the shop and using bonemeal on them! (Place them and rightclick bonemeal on it)
