If you are banned or muted, cubecraft doesnt take your rank back. Like @Milkyboo say: start a conversation with the person that have banned you.

I'm guessing you are permanently muted which means you would have had a warning and then got muted so you already had many chances to stop swearing in chat and you disobeyed it honestly I don't see the point in swearing just laugh it off, if you want to get unmuted just do as @iCheeetah and @Milkyboo said and contact the staff that muted you.
