So would this work kinda like the discord staff-help? If it does, I am borderline on my opinion. On one hand, discord is easy to use and splitting the staff between two different places with the same use would be a bit annoying. But on the other hand, some people who come on the forums don't join discord and it would be nice for them to have a quick response system other than profile posts. I'm going to remain neutral. Great suggestion!

It isn't realy a good idea. It is almost the same as discord. You can chat in the shoutbox and ask questions but the shoutbox will be used by a lot of people so staff can't get a good view over the chat box. There will be a lot of question that will be passed because they didn't saw it. Also i think that the forums are full atm so if you are gonna add an other box the forums will be to full. I think that discord replaces the shoutbox.

It is basically the same as discord, but as @TheBrownster904 said, not everyone has discord, so this would a nice addition! +1

Its like a box where you can write messages 5 seconds cooldown and everyone can see it

We also have a support section, but that would be really handy. Only staff would be able to reply, and this will stop spreading misinformation, I can see a lot of good points getting out of there. For the ones who do not have Discord, this would be really valuable. Like a live chat with staff members? If that's your suggestion, then I would be 100% in for this. Now, if players need support, then they can create a thread in the section ''Support'', some players spread misinformation which is not really helpful and practical so I think a box with a live chat where only staff can respond would be much more beneficial. So yes, I'm in for this.

You can start a conversation, with anyone you want.
And we have a discord server, you have no account? Then added one.
But, a shoutbox is also not wrong indeed. It will not disturb the site and it will only get better.

If people dont know how to be on discord or dont have discord??
They can easily ask everything in the Shoutbox

Making a discord account is very simple. People could simply make one and immediately join their Discord if they have a question.
Besides if they were to add a shout box, staff would have to constantly keep an eye for innapropiate language.
