Builds [SKYWARS] Castle (revamped)

-Map Name: Castle

-Description: So I thought that the map ''Castle'' could get a revamp, it was an old map and hard to get to the middle without being shot off your birdge, so I made a revamp of the map with 12 players instead of 16 (so it can fill up faster). I've added extra islands between the middle and the main islands to put chests on and so there will be more space for pvp. I sticked to the style of the ''Castle'' and made some modern changes.

On the main island there will be 3 chests, two up and one down stairs.

There will be a bigger castle on the middle including 8 up and 4 down stairs BUT watch out for the trap ☠;).
Up the ladders there will be chests with some gold blocks and gold ores.

Your map looks really good in my opinion but I feel that Castle is an old and iconic map and personally im kind of attached to it and maybe some other members are aswell so maybe revamping it isnt the best option but still great map!

Although I really support the idea of revamping this map, there are some things that, in my opinion, could've been done a lot better.

Note: I'm not a good builder at all. I sometimes like building, but I'm far from good. This is my opinion and most likely the opinion of others will be different.

Let's start off with the edges of the islands; on your map, it's too angular. Take a look at the map Glass, for example, the edges are smoother and it looks more ''natural'.

Do you see the difference?

Also, the little rooms at the bottom of the islands have a lack of details. People barely PvP there, and even if they do they most likely critspam so I think you should add some for decoration there. It's also too square.

The semi-mid islands do also miss some decoration. Maybe add a little tree or some leaves, not too much since that might affect gameplay! I also prefer grass over stained clay...

In general, the map needs more detail. It's too pointy and it looks empty

Again, I'm not a good builder. Good luck :P

Personally, I've never had an issue with the current Castle map. It's an OG map, let's not touch those too much if we don't necessarily have to!

Castle doesnt need an revamp. Castle is way better right now than with these sub middle islands and the bigger islands.

hey, i like this map its a casual map like it i voted yes. but in the middel i should place torches and not the thing whit the anvils but nice work good job keep going on. :)

I like it but I would like some grass/dirt like kind of hanging off of the sides. But I would like it if it gets added in.

The map itself is pretty good, it's very well built, it has a lot of details that I like. But there's already a map called Castle, and I don't think they'll put in another map called Castle, maybe if you change the name. But I don't think so, because CubeCraft only looks for perfectly good maps.

I personally like the current Castle map, it remembers me a lot to the old cubecraft haha :)!

I understand that is an improved version of Castle, right?

Well, I've liked the idea of adding sub mids to this map which could decrease the game duration, it would give to him a better gameplay and also a better game dynamic.

But as someone mentioned above, You have to give to the main islands and also to the sub mids a more natural shape, of a way that they wouldn't seems to be "artificial" you know. Just as @Finixly said.
