Builds Skywars Map - Apocalypse By: supermassimo

This is a skywars map I made alone :D
by "studying" other skywars maps in cubecraft i realized what's what every skywars map needs and makes it fun! this map is completly simetrical with help of MCedit and worldedit. It is situated in an post-apocaliptic world for 8 players with 4 different types of islands: the building, the house, the mine and the windmill. In the middle island there is a giant dinosaur destroying a hotel-thing. Rate if you like and have some free pictures! if you like it ill upload the world file :D

This map could use a lot of improvements. Bigger islands, more detailing, better terraforming, ect.

This is cubecraft-like map. almost every map played on cubecraft is small and simple, no one really likes big maps, proof: galaxy and fantasy

The windmill is too simple; not enough block verity. Same for the middle and the towers.

I like the concept of the map. A little work done to it and maybe it'll be decent. :P

hey @supermassimo
i like the theme its original
but here a few things
-i really like that dinosaur on mid but make it maybe a bit bigger so you can add more details
-you need to work on your terraforming underneath the islands (i hope you understand my tips)
1) make the islands longer on the bottom make a long pillar of stone or something down (do you understand XD)
2) ores put some ores in the islands at least 2 or 3 dia for making a dia sword when you play in basic gamemode and add some iron and coal (for and furnace to melt the iron)
3) replace the dirt under the islands to stone or another good looking block of your choice dirt under the islands doesnt look so good (just a tip)
4) organics this is actually not terraforming but my suggestion is try to make custom trees that looks better than the original minecraft trees
-the buildings on the islands are a bit simple try to make the islands a bit bigger so you can make bigger and better buildings with more details and depth
-the map is now for 6 people if i am good normal sw maps has 8 to 12 players so i suggest make more islands
good luck with your map when you works it out with more details than i hope its gonna be added

Basically what everyone else said, also each individual island is really random, doesn't really go with the theme apocalypse. Very random structures with holes in, maybe have a city themed build which is in an apocalypse.
