from august 1st. every server ever for minecraft cannot have gameplay changing features, giving donators any slight advantage in a game of pvp or such is considered "breaking" the EULA.
Breaking the EULA is against the law as it is making money from a game you do not own. but mojang allow donators cosmetics and anything that is not gameplay changing. obviously we get some sort of recognition. every server that disobeys these rules in the EULA will be shutdown by mojang.
it basically means if you wish to use this product then you may not use it commercially and must abide these rules.
at this point they HAVE received threats. They said they do not want people making money from servers certainly not a large amount of money. they will not change it back. most certainly not.
It isn't just cubecraft. it is every server ever. you may aswell stop playing minecraft altogether if you are going to act that way.
we are not the cause and it happened to every server.

The EULA stands for End-User License Agreement.

It could be fixed, If mojang finally listens and hopefully realises what they have done and possibly change it back. You never know.

Oh no poor guy can't pay2win now, EULA is the best thing Mojang could have done to servers.
Not really, the servers might not make enough money now so chances are many servers could shut down. (Including CCG)
