-Play with the kit swordsman.
-Turn your FOV higher. ( Something that you like)
-Be alert.
-Rush to the enemy.
-Come TeamSpeak with me. I'll learn you some tricks. ;)

Tip1: FOV: 80
Tip2: Install hacks
Tip3: Turn killaura on and antikb
Tip4: Say 'I don't hax u n0bs'
Tip5: Say "GG" at the end. (Only for the EXP)

Tip 1: Play with either Iron Golem or Swordsmen.
Iron Golem guarantees you decent armour while Swordsmen gives you a very good weapon.
Tip 2: Leave when people vote Overpowered.
Nobody enjoys a game with campers
Tip 3: When someone is building, try to hit him off.
Some tips Steyro mentioned:
Always be alert. If you hear the sounds of blocks being placed someone is building towards you.
Rushing the enemy is a possibility giving you more chests, but that's up for you to decide.

Personally, I don't play much Skywars, but this is my tactic :)

- FOV: 80 - 90
- Sensitivity: 65 - 70
- Choose Basic or Normal, if you've a Diamond+ rank. When it's Overpowered, leave then (as @TheJeroen said)
- Kit: Iron Golem or Swordsman
- Build to other islands and if someone is building to you, try to hit him off.
- Play with lava, water, rods etc.
- Be alert (as @Steyro said)
- DON'T USE A HACK-CLIENT!!! :D
