I assume that you guys are working on this but I'd just like to point out that the amount of hackers has increased dramatically. I play eggwars lots and at least every other game there is a hacker, whether it be with anti-knockback, anti-armor, speed building, or even flying! This is very frustrating to the other players.
It is also inconvenient because reporting a player is not easy. Taking a video of them is easy enough, but having to post the video to youtube can take hours to upload, and for the majority of players it is incredibly inconvenient. What the Cubecraft team might want to consider is having a quick in-game way for players to deal with rulebreakers. What I have in mind is to have some sort of /votekick [player] [purpose] command for the normal players to do. I'm not familiar with minecraft server running, but I used to be an admin on a Garry's mod server and the players had a way to vote kick someone, which was a nice way to temporarily deal with a hacker until and admin got on. I'm thinking if a third or even half of the players in the one game all reported one person, it would kick them from that game. If there was a way to alert the Cubecraft HQ about a player with an excessive amount of kicks, then they could look in to that player and see if they are hacking. This is a good way to temporarily deal with hackers until a fix can be made. If you really wanted, you could also replace a vote kick with a vote ban, that could ban the player for a short amount of time, like an hour or even up to a day. You might be reading this and think, "Well, if a player really wants to report someone they should go the traditional method that we already have." But, if only 10% of players are actively reporting players, what happens to the other 90% or people coming across hackers? Nothing is being done! These hackers are running freely on your server, which nobody wants. Also, the frustration of not being able to do anything will most likely cause other players to switch servers.

I think they have that on Tower Defense (correct me if I am wrong). This could work very well actually, because I know many players (such as myself) can't record very well on my laptop so this could be a good idea alternative.

I feel like a command like /votekick will be abused. Some players who play legit are accused for hacking during games. When someone says that a player is hacking it's quite easy to kick him from the game.
The point is, you don't even know if that player was hacking. You're just assuming he/she is.

Of course the situation of /votekick would be nice if there are actual hackers in the game but like I said players will abuse it.

That is true, if there is a large group a friends that want to play by themselves, but one other random person joins, it would be WAY too easy to have everyone just votekick that poor person.

I understand that there is opportunity for abuse, but there are so many hackers that playing is nearly unbearable. It's only a suggestion, but it would be great if cubecraft could take the idea of players being able to take things into their own hands and mold it into something that can't be abused. Or, they might just need to hire more admins.

Maybe something like a /votereport would work better, and then players would have an efficient way to report someone.

Players can already take things into their own hands. They can press the record button and catch some hackers :)
Please don't forget that staff members have other things to do as well. They are also humans.

Hiring more admins isn't a solution. "New staff members" will first be helper. They need to earn a higher rank by showing their responsibilities and maturity. This takes time.

Then hire more helpers. And I know that players can record, but only a small percentage do.

This will most likely be abused as well. Besides abusing this command, how is staff going to deal with these reports? There will be an insane amount of them.
For a vote report, if possible they could filter them by amount. So someone with one report would be overlooked, but if someone has 50 reports against them then they know there is a problem.

Hiring helpers isn't that easy. Players need a good application and they will have to pass an interview.
Like I said before staff has other things to do as well. They get an insane amount of applications each day and it's quite difficult to keep up with them.
Planning interviews takes time as well. Recently new helpers have been introduced and yes I know there should be more.

But what will happen if you have more helpers? Basically nothing if you are talking about banning players who hack. Helpers do not have the privileges to ban players.

Players will spam their reports so they will be noticed and won't be overlooked.

Ok, but I am just saying that cubecraft needs to do something ASAP. I left a game with a no knockback hacker to write this post, and the game I am currently playing has not one but TWO fly hackers.

A lot of hackers will just leave when they see a staff. In fact, more staff in game would make the problem worse. I was in assassins with @Tacosbefriends the other day and he had to leave for 5 minutes and I caught 3 hackers that were playing fairly before.
Cubecraft just needs to do something to prevent this problem.

I know it's really annoying to play against hackers.
Just try to make a competition out of it: catch and ban as much hackers as you can and try to kill some hackers :)
Don't get too frustrated when you notice a hacker in your game. Games can turn out full with excitement and fun moments when there is a hacker included!
Don't give up too fast ^_^
