I was not happy whith the new "stacking" ban "system". But to be honest, the fact that Super Craft Bros is working again was too good. I just forgot it and reported cheaters again.
Now, I don't know wth is happening. I have made 28 reports last month, using video evidence. I have only received an answer in 2 of the 28 reports, one of them to complain about the video not being available (then I resubmitted it and no news since).
So only once after 28 reports I have confirmation that the cheater has been "dealt with", that I interpret meaning an euphemism for the soft ban for a mere week. The rest of the reports went unanswered and now the worst part: three of the reports, the first one involving "Firebunny999" and "MrKittyKit", the second one involving "AshKetchumPoke" and the third one starred by "DJDanii04" and "YvelCat" (yes, first and third ones are about two cheaters teaming) not only are unanswered, but I've seen the offenders again cheating.
At first I thought that it was the result of the unfortunate lenience of the punishments. Then I checked the dates. I reported them six days after the first report. So the reason is not what I thought. The reason could be that, after almost a week, no one seems to have reviewed the reports. I suspected that the lack of feedback and the hiding of the reports forum was a way to cover up the disaster of the new punishment "system". Now it seems that you are really given up policing the bad apples and just letting them do what they please.
If that's not the case, please offer some feedback to the reports. It's bad enough to multiply by three the work needed to ban those idiots for good. If reporting is as useless as it seems, please say so, so I can stop wasting my time.
