Use discord. It has waaaaay lower CPU usage than skype so your game should run fine while using it.

Just use Discord, TeamSpeak (ts.cubecraft.net) or Skype to talk with each other. It's not that hard I think ;).

this is somthing that Cubecraft has 0 control over I suggest you bring this to Mojang but if you really don't wanna type there's always the servers discord
