You could do a rule that if someone doesn't break blocks their hunger goes down until they starve. (Saw this on mineplex)

Nothing can be done really, but if you're below you could destroy the blocks under them and make them go straight through into the void

But if you are 2 layers below the camper, u can't reach them. :P

why not just make it so a message saying "camping detected move now to prevent from being kicked" and get kicked if you dont move

Too harsh, but good idea :P I prefer getting kicked out of the game, not the server, if that's what u mentioned :P

I've seen this too, it works particularly well. P.S Please don't mention the server name, just say I've seen it on another sever.
