Why not a poll every month to chose our favorite staff member???

To add,

People can't see much of what staff members are doing in total.
If a staffer bans someone fairly, that player will never vote for the staffer...

This would lead to unhealthy competitive feelings. Staff is also more likely to get more jealous at other staff members and perform less.
