Ok so there is a page full of no's. The question has been answered a number of times. Donators are a special aspect of this server by using their money to keep the server running, so they should only get the best that their rank has to offer. Voting power is unique on CubeCraft and if given to stone(normal) players it wouldn't be unique anymore.
