People essentially could get a free rank. They would buy it on the store, and then get a refund, but the rank would still stay on their minecraft account, and they would have a rank that they no longer payed for.

If you do that it would be seen as '' fraud '' and that is Criminal baar. essentially you are a thief than. And it is also not very smart because they have your information and your name! So you're also so caught-_-

No it isn't unless you go to a phishing website or use someone else's credit card/paypal without their explicit consent.

Also, can't chargebacks be bannable? So if a person makes a chargeback, he gets a permaban until he pays.
