I disagree with this suggestion too. It's more like a joke rather than a cool feature that players would have, or, as you said, "good" pvpers.
You must know that everyone is a pvper, and there are people that are more good at the game and others that aren't - no one deserves a boss bar just because is good, or, I should say, "better than anyone".
In addition, this feature would disturb me a lot.

I totally agree with what @Jiivan said! Everyone is good at the game in one way or another, we shouldn't give more special things to a person that have more hours in the game and put person that is still learning how to play the game in the bottom.

Imagine that you grind and grind and some random weird sentence makes fun of you because of your enthusiasm to grind...it wouldn't be funny, would it?
That's why I disagree.
