Suggestion: How to get more players on CubeCraft?

Hey, I'm RemiO05 and I made another suggestion thread!
I hope you're happy to hear this :p.
My thread is going about a major problem: CubeCraft is going downwards.
I know, we are still on the second place of the best Minecraft Servers, but all the new games, except MinerWare are in my opinnion boring.
I know the server recently added the Christmas Games, but they can't stay the whole year. :(
Let me introduce my ideas :D:

Here's my first idea, this game must be added (in my opinnion):
We all like football/soccer, why don't we add this game?
I know, it's just like Hypixel, but I think this is a great game!
We all know the snowball of the Christmas survival games, and we can use a ball like that to play the game!
We only need a couple of football stadiums (maps) to play the game, and we need supporters (villagers or something) to 'watch' our games!
A suggestion for Builders: Try to recreate real stadiums, this will make the game more fun!
(BTW, thanks to @Sylvaly, because he made a thread about this topic!)

Here's my second idea, I enjoyed this game so much and I don't want to play it on Hypixel:
Let's re-add Buildbattle!
I really like building against other players, that's why I want this game to be implemented.
I know, I stole this idea from Hypixel, but I think there are a lot of players who like this idea, because they also like Buildbattle!
Another reason:
The only concept of games CubeCraft can make at this moment is: KILL AS MUCH PLAYERS AS YOU CAN AND YOU WILL WIN! I'm now talking about the island games, and actually almost all the other games.
I think it's time to add another concept: Battle against your friends in epic build contests!
Let's be more creative, and less aggressive!

Here's my third idea:
Permanently add Snowman Survival!
I think everybody here at the forums agrees, because this is just one of the best games at this moment.
We also did it with the game Line Dash, so why not?

My fourth idea is:
Add 1.14 when it's released!
So much cool blocks will be added!
And, new mobs like dolphins!
Why not?

My fifth and also my last idea is:
Let's add SkyBlock!
I'm not a huge fan of SkyBlock, but there are a lot of players who are.
I think this game would attract a lot of players to CubeCraft!
Let's go for the first place on minecraftservers.org!

What do you think of my ideas?

So you want them to spend even less time working on each game? Unless they can afford more developers, I don't think they should focus on adding new games as long as UHC is completely broken and the server is still on 1.9.

I agree with your first 3 ideas. I would love to see Football, BuildBattle and Snowman Survival added to Cube because the gamemodes are like really amazing, I don't think they should add Skyblock because it's a bit boring and a lot of players are here for Minigames like Skywars / Eggwars not for Skyblock.

I didn't say that, I only said there are still players who like that game. Btw I also don't like uhc because of the bugs and lag, so don't understand me wrong.

For me, Skyblock is a bit boring. But I think if they ever added it, it would not be a normal skyblock... It would have some kind of modification... etc.

Yes, CubeCraft will give the game their own twist!

1. Update to 1.14 (Fix Combat)
2. Use features and fix Freebuild , UHC
3. Add new 1.14 stuff to all games (mostly eggwars ) without doing a massive overhaul
4. Now do whatever else

This is, perhaps, one of the worst ways to approach the server. Each game costs money, both developing and keeping up. If it isn’t getting the attention where it is economically viable then why keep it? Furthermore, adding more games will have a more widespread community with potentially less players as more attention is for creating games instead of working on squashing bugs and making improvements.

What would be the point if a server is doing a game to the fullest capability for us just to copy it? There would be no use, and players would continue playing on Hypixel.

I agree with this. It could definitely be an awesome game to keep on the server for the fans. Perhaps add it to arcade? :shrug:

They could change the character depending on the season, although I do not think they do it xD

What about a guitar, instead of a Snowman? You are a hero if you manage to survive the guitar (Guitar Hero reference) and after you succeeded, you'll have a chance to play your favourite Blockband song :D

As much as I like cube (and dislike hypixel) that's not going to happen unless some SERIOUS changes are made.

They just need to bring some casual games back. Players resembled to dislike UHC because it got an enormous twist, developing new, casual games will surely help.
