Talking while waiting for game.

I've always wondered, were you ever able to talk while waiting in the spawn positions for solo games, such as Egg Wars or Sky Wars? (See picture to see what position I am talking about)

I know as a proud Gold rank I would like to inform players on what game mode or health option I have chosen for the game, or even get input on what game mode I should select for that game.

Are people worried about spam? I don't see why people wouldn't want to be able to speak to each other communication is great, that is why the Internet is awesome. I've had played games where someone would message me on what to select, but instead of doing that they can publicly tell me and I can publicly answer for everyone, so they know what kit to select.



I would love to know peoples thoughts! Vote on the polls so I can easily tell what the CubeCraft Community are thinking. Thanks!!

Just because it is solo doesn't be you can't be social, but I see where you are coming from. It very much isn't needed.

well firstly the other reasons can be things like players... you know what just doing all the bad things in chat before a game starts then leaving

This also could encourage teaming before the solo game actually starts. This would be a "no" for my opinion :)

To be fair, you can do /tell to people in the spawn posistion, but not publicly.
I do think they should add this, but to where players could wish people luck or "glhf" nedore the game starts, but tachnically you coukd do that in the lobby or the second the game starts,

I like the idea, but Eh I mean people with ranks would be bugged "Choose OP", and also people would decided to team with each other, which is not a good thing.

The main reason why players can't talk before the game starts in solo mode is to prevent them of making teams.
As you know, teaming in solo games is not allowed (except ffa and assassins).

I don't think that's a big problem, because a lot of people already know that teaming and if they are teaming, peeps can easily record and report them. :) Maybe an extra idea is to put the "Teaming is not allowed on Solo games" not in the chat, but in the whole screen, if you get what I mean, so that people can talk with eachother to communicate if it is necessary. And also I don't see any reason remove it, because it is just 10 second of the where you can't talk .'.

If they let you talk people will spam. Spam is bad so PLS NO! :(

This isnt allowed in solo games otherwise they will make teams

Beforehand, when this was disabled, the chat would be instantly filled with "team?" or, if you are ranked "please vote OP" or something similar. This got annoyingly persistent, and was chat was disabled until the game began. :)

Yea, It has it's ups and down but however good suggestion I am about half way with a yes and half way with a no so...

look if you like this then just play solo lucky islands or survival games
